For every email you open, Lanten proposes what to do next — drafted and pre-filled from the message plus the sender’s Street record. A tenant reporting a leak gets a reply draft and a maintenance request; a solicitor requesting documents gets a reply that already knows which sale they mean.
Everything is a draft until you say so. Approve and send, edit and send, or ignore it. Lanten never sends an email or writes to Street on its own.
