Connect your Microsoft 365 inbox so Lanten can read context and draft replies — and see exactly what each permission is for.
Connecting Outlook lets Lanten read the email you’re looking at, prepare drafts, and apply Tags. Everyone on your team connects their own inbox — this step is per person, unlike Street, which is connected once for the whole agency.
Lanten never sends an email without your approval. It prepares drafts; you approve and send, or edit and send. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can disconnect at any time.
Some organisations require an admin to approve new apps. If Microsoft shows an approval-required screen instead of Accept, forward For IT administrators to whoever manages your Microsoft 365 — it has everything they need, including the option to consent on behalf of the whole organisation.
In app.lanten.ai → Integrations, the Outlook card shows which mailbox is connected. Disconnect stops Lanten reading anything; reconnect any time with the same steps above.
Street is connected for the organisation; Outlook is personal to each teammate.
