For every email you open, Lanten proposes what to do next — drafted and pre-filled from the message plus the sender's Street record. A tenant reporting a leak gets a reply draft and a work order; a solicitor requesting documents gets a reply that already knows which sale they mean. **Everything is a draft until you say so.** Approve and send, edit and send, or ignore it. Lanten never sends an email or writes to Street on its own. Edit anything before it goes. ### Create work order in Street On maintenance emails, Lanten drafts the work order — property, reported issue, details — ready to push into Street as a job. ### Create task in Street When the email implies a to-do — chase a certificate, book an inspection — Lanten can suggest it as a Street task, pre-filled.
