# What is Lanten?

> Lanten brings your Street records, AI summaries and one-click actions into Outlook, beside every email you open.

Lanten is an AI email co-pilot for letting agents and property managers. It lives inside Outlook as an add-in: when you open an email, Lanten matches the sender to your Street records and shows who they are, what they rent or own, and what's outstanding — then drafts your next step for you.

Nothing is ever sent without you. Lanten drafts; you approve and send, or edit and send.
